Delete your pikUp account
Use this page if you cannot access the in-app account deletion flow or need help deleting account data connected to pikUp.
Delete in the app
Open My pikUp, go to account settings, and choose Delete account. For security, pikUp may ask you to sign in again before deletion is completed.
Request support
If you cannot access the app, email hello@pick.my from the email or phone number connected to your pikUp account and include "pikUp account deletion" in the subject.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes sign-in access, clears personal profile details, deletes saved push notification tokens, and removes account preferences tied to your profile.
What may be retained
Existing free item listings may remain visible without your personal identity so useful items do not disappear from the community. Reports or safety records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance.
