Terms and Conditions
pikUp is for useful free items, respectful handoffs, and optional pickup or delivery coordination kept separate from the item itself.
Free item rule
Items listed on pikUp must be free. Do not use free item posts to bait claimers into hidden item fees, deposits, private charges, or paid-item framing.
Posting responsibility
Post clear photos, honest item details, practical pickup notes, and accurate condition information. Do not post illegal, unsafe, recalled, misleading, expired, unusable, or restricted items.
Claiming and pickup
Only claim items you can collect or coordinate responsibly. Confirm access, timing, building rules, item size, and safe handoff details before pickup.
Optional logistics
Delivery, helpers, movers, and pickup coordination are optional logistics layers. They do not change that the item is free.
Reports and enforcement
pikUp may remove listings, limit account actions, or review activity when posts or claims appear unsafe, misleading, abusive, spammy, or inconsistent with community rehoming.
